Customers have a 14-day right of return in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please include the customer’s details with the return (name, address, phone number, email, and order number).

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If only part of an order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.
